Watering days are back from 1 September
The winter sprinkler switch-off ends on 31 August, and Perth’s rostered watering days resume on 1 September. The first run after three months off is when faults show themselves – stations that won’t start, stuck solenoids, heads that no longer pop up – and on Perth sand a system that isn’t working by September means brown patches by the first hot week.
