Your local Westminster reticulation team
Whether it's an older system that's started playing up or a new landscape that needs waterwise coverage from day one, we handle the lot — repairs, servicing, controllers, bores and full installations.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Stirling, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. Our depot in Jandakot puts Westminster about 26 km away, comfortably inside our everyday coverage.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Westminster’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Spearwood sands. Quick-draining yellow sand where moisture rarely lingers; frequent short cycles and periodic coverage checks keep growth even across the limestone country.
Groundwater & bores. This suburb sits on Perth's sandy coastal plain over the superficial aquifer, where garden bores are common and generally productive. Bore water isn't metered like scheme supply, so a serviced bore slashes the cost of keeping gardens green — the standard 2-day roster and June-August sprinkler switch-off still apply.
Rainfall — about 718mm a year. About 718mm a year (Perth Metro), with ~79% arriving May-September — a smart controller with seasonal adjust handles the swing, and winter watering is largely unnecessary even before the ban.

Working around broken field wiring in Westminster
A Westminster system had station 1 refusing to run. Our technician located all three solenoids and the master valve (the main valve that shuts the whole system off) in the front garden bed and worked through a series of tests, which turned up multiple broken wires out in the field — including the master valve wire, whose far end could not be found to reconnect.
The station 1 wire was either broken or badly joined somewhere along its buried length. Digging up an entire wire run to find a single break is expensive and destructive, so the practical answer was different: an add-a-station (a device that runs a second valve off an existing wire) device was installed, using the station 2 field wire to carry the signal for both valves.
Devices like that turn an excavation job into a component swap. Where field wiring has failed in several places at once, working around the wire usually beats chasing it.
