What does Two Rocks’s soil and water mean for your retic?

What kind of retic work do we do in Two Rocks?
A Two Rocks property had station 2, the back lawn, not distributing water properly. Our technician walked the whole lawn area looking for signs of a leak and found none on the surface — which does not rule one out, but it does mean the cause is not where it would usually be visible.
