Repairs aren't quoted — you book a repair and our technician diagnoses and fixes on site, with the parts already on the van. New systems are quoted after a paid site assessment, credited in full to your install if you accept the quote within 30 days.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Stirling, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. We're about 25 km from our Jandakot base, well inside the daily service runs.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Stirling’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Spearwood sands. Yellow Spearwood sand over limestone drains freely, so splitting your watering-day run into two shorter cycles, with a wetting agent, beats one long soak. The shallow limestone also makes trenching for repairs harder than it looks.
Groundwater & bores. Shallow sandy geology means bores in this area usually deliver reliable garden water; pairing one with well-tuned reticulation keeps large lawns affordable. The 2-day roster and winter ban apply to bore watering too.
Rainfall — about 718mm a year. Averages about 718mm a year at the Perth Metro gauge with roughly 79% falling May-September — so the controller should step down through autumn and observe the 1 June - 31 August sprinkler switch-off.

What kind of retic work do we do in Stirling?
Most of our Stirling volume runs through commercial facilities and housing maintenance programs — 87+ visits covering cyclical servicing, fault repairs and system upgrades — with residential work alongside: controller work, servicing & tune-ups and sprinkler & pop-up repairs are the common jobs here.
From our Stirling job book
Three leaks, and the ones behind them, in Stirling
A Stirling system had three significant leaks showing at once. Our technician repaired the first, capped off the second because the line it fed was no longer in use, and excavating the third exposed an old gate valve and what appeared to be a former master valve (the main valve that shuts the whole system off) — remnants of an earlier version of the system still connected to the live one.
A new line was installed to bypass that section. What this job illustrates is a pattern worth warning about: on an old system, repairing one leak raises the pressure the rest of the pipework has to hold, and the next weakest point then fails.
Chasing leaks one at a time on aged poly can become a cycle. At some point replacing a run costs less than repairing it repeatedly, and that judgement is worth making deliberately.
What we actually find in Stirling
We've completed 106 jobs in Stirling. For this pattern check we read the 6 with the fullest, most recent technician notes — a capped sample, deliberately small and not random. 3 of them involved mainline leaks and split poly, against 33% across the 1,781 Perth jobs sampled the same way. It tells our technician what to check first. It is not Stirling's fault rate, and we don't publish it as one.
