Multiple poly breaks on one Karrinyup station
A Karrinyup job came in as a poly pipe leak in the front yard and turned out to be several. Station 2 had multiple breaks in the poly, all of which our technician repaired, along with a nozzle on the front lawn and a number of missing and faulty spectrum emitters in the garden beds.
The nozzles on the front lawn were adjusted to correct their coverage. One issue was left flagged rather than fixed: the poly running under the driveway to the right-hand garden shows a flow and pressure problem, and our recommendation was to replace that section.
Pipe under a driveway cannot be repaired in place without breaking the surface, so it is worth planning for rather than reacting to. Multiple breaks along one station usually point at the age or grade of the pipe rather than bad luck.
