A Redcliffe system was tested station by station, up to all eight, and the fault list was dominated by one thing: five separate breaks in the retic wiring running to the solenoid coils (the electrical part of that valve). All five were repaired.
The controller itself was also faulty and was replaced with a new unit. Two faulty nozzles were replaced and four sprinklers, filters and nozzles cleared and adjusted.
