What does Marmion’s soil and water mean for your retic?

Finding the pipes before the Marmion concrete went down
A Marmion property was having a patio concreted, and our technician was there to make the reticulation safe for it. Sprinklers that would have sprayed onto the new patio were capped, the PVC running beneath the future slab was capped underground, and poly pipe capped and buried in the garden bed.
Digging the bed to find the pipe runs turned up something important: the main water feed comes from the front of the house, runs through towards the back garden, passes the pool and crosses the old garden bed — directly through the area due to be concreted. Our advice was to do the larger job now: locate every pipe in that area and replace the poly with PVC in a conduit before the concrete goes down.
A pipe left under a slab cannot be repaired without breaking it.
