Soil — Bassendean sands. Grey Bassendean sand is Perth's most water-repellent soil — water beads and runs off dry patches. Wetting agents plus short, frequent cycles are close to mandatory for an even lawn.

Small corrections that add up in Gosnells
A Gosnells job was a collection of small corrections rather than one big repair, and it is a fair picture of what maintenance actually looks like. A garden sprinkler was relocated to give correct coverage from a better position.
Two pot dripper tubes were repaired and the tubing coiled and tidied so it would not be pulled or kinked later. A spectrum spray was replaced, as was a damaged shrub head and nozzle near the pool pump.
