Five Martin stations, and a capped visit
A Martin property was assessed station by station and every one of the five had something wrong: broken sprinklers on the front lawn, a drip line in the front garden damaged or removed altogether, a broken pipe, leaking pipes and sprinklers needing replacement, and gear drives (a rotating sprinkler for larger areas) at the end of their life.
