Your local Beechboro reticulation team
Whether it's an older system that's started playing up or a new landscape that needs waterwise coverage from day one, we handle the lot — repairs, servicing, controllers, bores and full installations.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Swan, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. Beechboro is roughly 26 km from our Jandakot depot — same-week bookings are the norm, not the exception.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Beechboro’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Pinjarra Plain clay-loams. Clay-influenced soils on the old river plain absorb slowly; split each watering into cycle-and-soak bursts so it sinks in rather than pooling or running off.
Groundwater & bores. Bore feasibility varies street by street on this soil profile. Where drilling isn't attractive, the savings come from controller programming, rain sensors and fixing the leaks and misting heads that waste scheme water.
Rainfall — about 718mm a year. Averages about 718mm a year at the Perth Metro gauge with roughly 79% falling May-September — so the controller should step down through autumn and observe the 1 June - 31 August sprinkler switch-off.

What kind of retic work do we do in Beechboro?
Most of our Beechboro volume runs through commercial facilities and housing maintenance programs — 289+ visits covering cyclical servicing, fault repairs and system upgrades — with residential work alongside: controller work, servicing & tune-ups and sprinkler & pop-up repairs are the common jobs here.
From our Beechboro job book
Two kinds of fault on one Beechboro system
A Beechboro job in January 2026 had both kinds of retic fault on the one system, which is more common than it sounds. The hydraulic side was visible: multiple sprinkler heads blocked or damaged, giving uneven coverage. Our technician cleared and adjusted eight sprinklers and replaced the damaged parts — pop-ups, risers, shrub adaptors, border sprays and nozzles.
The electrical side was not visible at all. Two valve boxes had to be located and uncovered before anything could be tested, and inside them were two breaks in the wiring to the solenoid (the electrically-operated valve that feeds one station) plus a failed solenoid coil (the electrical part of that valve). Both were repaired.
Fixing only the heads would have left stations that still would not switch on; fixing only the wiring would have left a system running with poor coverage. Every station was re-tested on completion to confirm both sets of repairs had landed.
What we actually find in Beechboro
We've completed 294 jobs in Beechboro. For this pattern check we read the 6 with the fullest, most recent technician notes — a capped sample, deliberately small and not random. 3 involved failed solenoids and valve coils (23% across the 1,781 Perth jobs sampled the same way) and 3 involved broken pop-ups and blocked nozzles (29%). Counts overlap, because one job can carry both. It is not Beechboro's fault rate, and we don't publish it as one.

"Justin arrived promptly and was efficient and thorough in diagnosing the problems with the retic and fixing a blockage. He was very kind and supportive in his approach to the problem of a suspected leak which turned out to be my poor programming of the controller rather than a hole in a pipe."
