Sand over limestone: what it means for your retic
Soil — Spearwood sands. This limestone-derived sand holds little water, favouring a watering-day run split into two shorter cycles. Alkaline soil and caprock are normal here — worth knowing before any retic excavation.

Broken heads, and what sits behind them in West Leederville
A West Leederville site was reported for multiple broken sprinkler heads. Our technician tested the controller first — with several heads down at once it is worth confirming the controller is driving each station correctly before assuming the damage is purely mechanical, and controller and timer faults are one of the two patterns our West Leederville work turns up most.
Damaged micro sprays and pop-up nozzles were then replaced, and the heads, filters and nozzles across the system cleared and adjusted to restore proper spray patterns.
