Your local Seville Grove reticulation team
Whether it's an older system that's started playing up or a new landscape that needs waterwise coverage from day one, we handle the lot — repairs, servicing, controllers, bores and full installations.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Armadale, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. Our depot in Jandakot puts Seville Grove about 13 km away, comfortably inside our everyday coverage.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Seville Grove’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Pinjarra Plain clay-loams. Slow-draining plain country where runoff wastes water fast; a controller set for cycle-and-soak, with zones split by soil and plant type, suits these blocks.
Groundwater & bores. The aquifer is present but less uniformly accessible under this ground — get a local assessment before committing to a bore. Either way, a well-tuned system keeps watering inside the 2-day roster comfortably.
Rainfall — about 775mm a year. Averages about 775mm a year at the Gosnells City gauge with roughly 79% falling May-September — so the controller should step down through autumn and observe the 1 June - 31 August sprinkler switch-off.

What kind of retic work do we do in Seville Grove?
The Seville Grove work in our job system tells its own story: the most common call-outs here are controller work, servicing & tune-ups and solenoid & valve repairs. 20 of our Seville Grove jobs landed in just the last two years, so the local knowledge is current — not folklore.
From our Seville Grove job book
An intermittent fault on a Seville Grove system
A Seville Grove system passed its electrical diagnostics — the wiring and solenoids (the electrically-operated valve that feeds one station) all tested as working — and still had a fault. Stations 3 and 4 were sticking open intermittently, which is the hardest kind of fault to catch, because a valve that fails occasionally will test perfectly on the day.
Our technician located both electronically. Station 3 was replaced, and a break found on that station as well, where poly had come off a fitting under the lawn and was causing pressure loss.
Station 4, feeding around the rear of the property, was terminated at the valve and capped in sections, with that area re-fed from the owner's Bluetooth tap timer. Every station was flushed, and individual sprinklers flushed separately where needed, to clear debris that had entered through the break.
What we actually find in Seville Grove
We've completed 29 jobs in Seville Grove. For this pattern check we read the 6 with the fullest, most recent technician notes — a capped sample, deliberately small and not random. 3 of them involved broken pop-ups and blocked nozzles, against 29% across the 1,781 Perth jobs sampled the same way. It tells our technician what to check first. It is not Seville Grove's fault rate, and we don't publish it as one.

Hear From Our Happy Customers...
"I'm very happy with the results. I had a bad sprinkler leak where the main pipe connected to my solenoid valve, but Perth Reticulation Experts were able to come out and fix it with ease. Since mine wasn't an urgent job (as I could prevent the leak by keeping my sprinklers turned off), there was a bit of delay in being able to send somebody out, approximately 2.5 weeks. But when the guys did come out to repair it, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked really quickly. They even serviced my other sprinklers in my garden to improve their performance, replacing a few broken heads and improving the range of others. When I had questions about smart sprinkler controllers, they were more than happy to give me advice and expert opinions. And to top it all off, when the invoice arrived, it was very reasonable for the work which was done. I'll definitely be using Perth Reticulation Experts again if I have further sprinkler issues in the future."
"Tom was really efficient and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do at my place and had it done and tidied. Gave some advice on how to get the lawn back to being green and healthy. At my neighbour's place where I look after their garden it was a bit different as he was virtually working blind as I was not able to help with what stations came on etc. However it did not faze him and even though it took some time he finally was able to work out what happening and getting it sorted. Also checked the other sprinklers and adjusted to suit and changed timing of retic to suit. I called Perth Retic as last time Justin had come to my place to sort out retic and he provided excellent service as well so I had no hesitation in calling them this time. I would recommend them without a doubt."
"The staff at this business are helpful and deliver satisfactory services on time. They are professional and experts in their field. I will keep their other services in mind, if need be."
"George was really efficient and so helpful. Will certainly be using Perth Reticulation again"
"Your impressive website and fast follow up after my enquiry made me decide to work with your company, the delivery of the work was second to none with John arriving on time, was efficient and obliging and solved our reticulation problem. I was hesitant at first as I wasn't sure how efficient you would be in containing costs."
