Your local Menora reticulation team
Whether it's an older system that's started playing up or a new landscape that needs waterwise coverage from day one, we handle the lot — repairs, servicing, controllers, bores and full installations.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Stirling, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. Our depot in Jandakot puts Menora about 20 km away, comfortably inside our everyday coverage.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Menora’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Spearwood sands. Yellow Spearwood sand over limestone drains freely, so splitting your watering-day run into two shorter cycles, with a wetting agent, beats one long soak. The shallow limestone also makes trenching for repairs harder than it looks.
Groundwater & bores. Groundwater under this part of the coastal plain is generally accessible, so a garden bore (new or revived) is a practical way to water without paying scheme rates. Water Corporation's roster and winter sprinkler ban still apply to bores.
Rainfall — about 718mm a year. Averages about 718mm a year at the Perth Metro gauge with roughly 79% falling May-September — so the controller should step down through autumn and observe the 1 June - 31 August sprinkler switch-off.

What kind of retic work do we do in Menora?
Our completed Menora jobs so far have covered leak & pipe repairs, servicing & tune-ups and new system installs — and every one adds to the local system knowledge our technicians bring to the next booking.
From our Menora job book
Standardising the heads on a Menora system
A Menora property had a mix of head types accumulated over the years — metal shrub dome sprays sitting in the lawn among other things. Our technician replaced those with pop-ups and standardised the shrub head sprays through the gardens, which lifted the pressure available across the station.
Mixed heads on one station is one of the most common causes of poor performance: each type has its own flow rate, and the station's pressure is shared between all of them, so a few high-flow heads quietly starve everything else. Four sprinklers in the back lawn were capped to improve the watering pattern and allow a trampoline to be moved, and one relocated.
A split 40mm pipe in the back lawn was found and repaired, and the controller programmed to the watering days applicable to the property, which is bore-supplied.
What we actually find in Menora
Of our 13 Menora jobs we read the 6 with the fullest, most recent notes — capped, and not a random sample. 3 involved low pressure and poor flow and 3 involved broken pop-ups and blocked nozzles, against 11% and 29% across the 1,781 Perth jobs sampled the same way. Counts overlap, because one job can carry both.
