Every visit is backed by our workmanship warranty. We're a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, with 230 Google reviews averaging 4.7 stars.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the Town of Cambridge, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. Our depot in Jandakot puts Floreat about 18 km away, comfortably inside our everyday coverage.

What does Floreat’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Spearwood sands. Free-draining yellow sand with limestone often close beneath — great drainage, poor moisture holding. Splitting one watering into two cycles inside the same window suits it, and retic trenching can hit caprock.
Groundwater & bores. Sandy soils over shallow groundwater make this classic garden-bore territory; running retic from a bore takes garden watering off the scheme-water bill. Bores follow the same 2-day roster and winter switch-off as scheme users.
Rainfall — about 727mm a year. About 727mm a year (Swanbourne), with ~78% arriving May-September — a smart controller with seasonal adjust handles the swing, and winter watering is largely unnecessary even before the ban.

What kind of retic work do we do in Floreat?

From our Floreat job book
Moving the Floreat verge line out of harm's way
A Floreat property had gear drive (a rotating sprinkler for larger areas) sprinklers on station 9 that were failing, which our technician replaced with MP Rotators, reusing one sound gear drive to replace a faulty one on station 10. A leak at a poly join on station 9 was repaired at the same time.
The recurring problem is position rather than parts: the road-side gear drives keep getting damaged by vehicles and foot traffic, and replacing them in the same spot means replacing them again. The proposal put to the owner was to locate the feed running under the driveway and lay a new line on the property side of the verge, moving the heads out of the traffic path altogether.
Reusing a serviceable head from one station to fix another is worth doing where the parts match — it is a working sprinkler either way.
What we actually find in Floreat
Of our 33 Floreat jobs we read the 6 with the fullest, most recent notes — capped, and not a random sample. 4 involved mainline leaks and split poly and 3 involved broken pop-ups and blocked nozzles, against 33% and 29% across the 1,781 Perth jobs sampled the same way. Counts overlap, because one job can carry both.
