"Wayne and Robert are very professional with knowing what they are doing. An example is my underground pump well was covered by grass which I can not identify the exact location. Wayne walk around my garden and pointed a spot said “it’s here. It’s about 2cm bowled in from the flat grass surface.” This is not u can learn from book, it’s professional hands on experience. Also they are very friendly and after I said “I’m interested in learning new things”. He explained all the mechanics and different stages of how to approach the issue and with a sufficient text skills about the sprinkler systems. Big thumbs up for the bois!"

Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Melville, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. We're about 7 km from our Jandakot base, well inside the daily service runs.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Booragoon’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Spearwood sands. Quick-draining yellow sand where moisture rarely lingers; frequent short cycles and periodic coverage checks keep growth even across the limestone country.
Groundwater & bores. This is favourable ground for garden bores — sand all the way to the water table in most streets. Bore-fed retic avoids scheme water charges, though the same 2-day roster and winter switch-off govern when it can run.
Rainfall — about 808mm a year. Roughly 808mm a year here (Jandakot Aero), with about 79% of it falling May-September — the long dry rest of the year is why controller programming and coverage checks pay for themselves.

What kind of retic work do we do in Booragoon?
The Booragoon work in our job system tells its own story: the most common call-outs here are controller work, sprinkler & pop-up repairs and leak & pipe repairs. 12 of our Booragoon jobs landed in just the last two years, so the local knowledge is current — not folklore.
From our Booragoon job book
Rebuilding a Booragoon manifold at a workable height
A Booragoon property had a leak between the isolation valve and the master solenoid (the electrically-operated valve that feeds one station) — the short run of pipework that carries mains pressure continuously, so a leak there runs every hour of every day rather than only during a watering cycle. Our technician repaired it and replaced the master solenoid.
The more substantial work was rebuilding the manifold to raise all the solenoids, which the owner had asked for. A manifold sitting too low ends up below soil level, filling with sand and requiring excavation for any future work; raising it puts every valve within reach of a hand rather than a shovel.
All four stations were tested afterwards. Where a manifold is being opened up anyway, raising it costs very little on the day and changes the cost of every visit after.
What we actually find in Booragoon
We've completed 27 jobs in Booragoon. For this pattern check we read the 6 with the fullest, most recent technician notes — a capped sample, deliberately small and not random. 5 involved mainline leaks and split poly (33% across the 1,781 Perth jobs sampled the same way) and 3 involved broken pop-ups and blocked nozzles (29%). Counts overlap, because one job can carry both. It is not Booragoon's fault rate, and we don't publish it as one.

Hear From Our Happy Customers...
"George was very knowledgable and efficient in fixing my retic. He has great customer communication skills and is an absolute gem. I 100% recommend him"
"I'm very happy with the results. I had a bad sprinkler leak where the main pipe connected to my solenoid valve, but Perth Reticulation Experts were able to come out and fix it with ease. Since mine wasn't an urgent job (as I could prevent the leak by keeping my sprinklers turned off), there was a bit of delay in being able to send somebody out, approximately 2.5 weeks. But when the guys did come out to repair it, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked really quickly. They even serviced my other sprinklers in my garden to improve their performance, replacing a few broken heads and improving the range of others. When I had questions about smart sprinkler controllers, they were more than happy to give me advice and expert opinions. And to top it all off, when the invoice arrived, it was very reasonable for the work which was done. I'll definitely be using Perth Reticulation Experts again if I have further sprinkler issues in the future."
"Dillon arrived and time and knew exactly what to do after a quick yet thorough survey. Job was completed on time, refuse squared away. Big callout to Dillon for a great job. I will be using them again when we rewnew our garden later this year!"
"Thank you for your prompt, professional and friendly service. It was an extremely hot day, yet the work was carried out very quickly and I would definitely use this company in the future if required."
