Capping two heads to fix pressure in Beckenham
A Beckenham property had broken sprinklers front and back. Our technician tested all four stations, replaced a leaking sprinkler and three faulty ones — and capped off two others.
Capping is the decision worth explaining. Where a head is watering something that no longer needs watering, or overlapping so heavily with its neighbours that the ground beneath it stays saturated, removing it from the station returns both flow and pressure to the heads doing useful work.
