A Tapping repair, then a return to finish it
A Tapping property had its controller located and the system tested through, with a broken sprinkler repaired, blocked micro sprays cleared and a failed solenoid coil (the electrical part of that valve) replaced on the garden bed station. The controller was programmed and set to run automatically.
A return visit was then booked to set up a new controller and check the system again. Booking a second visit rather than compressing everything into one is sometimes the right call — a new controller needs programming and every station tested through it afterwards, and doing that properly takes time that is not available at the end of a repair visit.
A controller fitted in the last twenty minutes of a job is a controller nobody has watched run a full cycle.
