Sleeving and re-routing a Munster system
A Munster property needed two poly lines replaced beneath paving, which meant lifting the paving to reach them. Our technician took the opportunity to change two things rather than simply putting back what was there.
The new pipework went into a sleeve, so any future repair or replacement under that paving can be done by pulling pipe through rather than lifting the surface again. And the run was redirected around tree stumps rather than past them, removing the cause of the original damage instead of rebuilding next to it.
A leak in the front garden, where the clamps had been damaged, was also repaired, both stations tested and the controller programmed. When a surface has to come up anyway, that is the moment to fix the route and add protection.

Local reticulation questions
Yes, though the City would rather you didn't irrigate at all. Munster is in the City of Cockburn. The City recommends non-irrigated Waterwise verges. The sprinkler roster is a Water Corporation matter, so it doesn't change at the council boundary.
