Your local Dawesville reticulation team
One call covers everything watering-related: mains reticulation, controllers, solenoids, wiring faults, and bore pumps if your property runs on groundwater.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Mandurah, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. Our depot in Jandakot puts Dawesville about 63 km away, comfortably inside our everyday coverage.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Dawesville’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Spearwood sands. Yellow Spearwood sand over limestone drains freely, so splitting your watering-day run into two shorter cycles, with a wetting agent, beats one long soak. The shallow limestone also makes trenching for repairs harder than it looks.
Groundwater & bores. This suburb sits on Perth's sandy coastal plain over the superficial aquifer, where garden bores are common and generally productive. Bore water isn't metered like scheme supply, so a serviced bore slashes the cost of keeping gardens green — the standard 2-day roster and June-August sprinkler switch-off still apply.
Rainfall — about 865mm a year. The Halls Head gauge averages ~865mm a year, ~80% of it May through September — dial summer cycles for zero rainfall help and let the winter switch-off do its job.

From our Dawesville job book
A Dawesville system that never worked from new
A Dawesville system had never worked properly since it was installed. Our technician found no power reaching the master valve (the main valve that shuts the whole system off), and traced the reason to a wire join sitting underneath exposed concrete — a join in a place it can never be reached, made during the original installation.
That explains the history: this was not a system that failed, it was a system that was never wired correctly. Excavating concrete to reach a join is rarely worth it, so the practical answer was to bypass the wiring problem entirely.
A battery-operated node was installed at the valve with its own valve box, programmed to run twice a week for fifteen minutes a station. The node carries its own schedule and needs no wire back to the controller, which makes the buried join irrelevant.
