In the interim, both valves are being driven from a single terminal at the controller — two wires in the station 2 port — so they open together.
That is a working arrangement rather than the finished one, and our technician flagged it clearly: when the new eight-station controller is installed, those two wires need moving onto individual terminals so each valve can run on its own schedule. Recording that matters, because it is exactly the kind of temporary arrangement that gets forgotten and then puzzles the next person to look at the system.
