A Bullsbrook controller that wouldn't start the pump
A Bullsbrook site had a pump that would run from the manual switch in the cabinet but would not engage from the controller — which localises the fault precisely. The pump is fine, the power is fine, and the problem sits in the controller's ability to call for it.
Our technician carried out diagnostic testing on the controller panel, then brought in specialist support for access and software information, and tracked down details from the original installation contractor. Three fuses were installed in the controller as advised, repairs actioned and the controller reprogrammed.
It is now operating automatically, which was confirmed afterwards using the site's CCTV footage rather than taken on trust. On a large commercial controller, knowing who installed it and recovering the original configuration information is often more useful than any amount of testing.
