What does Pinjar’s soil and water mean for your retic?

What kind of retic work do we do in Pinjar?
A Pinjar property has its pump roughly half a kilometre from the reticulation controller, and no pump relay installed at the pump location. A controller's 24-volt station output can never switch a 240-volt pump directly, at any distance — that is what a pump start relay is for. Over half a kilometre it matters twice over, because the 24-volt run out to the relay has to be sized for the voltage drop as well. The pump had been replaced and its electrical connections changed by others shortly beforehand, which is the likely point at which the relay went missing. On the reticulation side, four 50mm solenoid valves (the electrically-operated valve that feeds one station) need attention, two not closing and two not opening, with the latter still to be located, and various gear drives (a rotating sprinkler for larger areas) need replacing across the tested stations.
