Your local Heathridge reticulation team
Whether it's an older system that's started playing up or a new landscape that needs waterwise coverage from day one, we handle the lot — repairs, servicing, controllers, bores and full installations.
Verge planting and reticulation rules sit with the City of Joondalup, while watering days come from the Water Corporation sprinkler roster, not the council — worth checking both before any verge retic work. Our depot in Jandakot puts Heathridge about 39 km away, comfortably inside our everyday coverage.
We’re a Water Corporation Waterwise Garden Irrigator and an Irrigation Australia member, every job is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we’re rated 4.7 from 230 Google reviews.

What does Heathridge’s soil and water mean for your retic?
Soil — Quindalup coastal sands. These coastal dunes shed water straight past the root zone, so one long soak is wasted. A tuned controller splitting the run into two short cycles inside the same watering window (both before 9am, or both after 6pm) suits this sand.
Groundwater & bores. Groundwater under this part of the coastal plain is generally accessible, so a garden bore (new or revived) is a practical way to water without paying scheme rates. Water Corporation's roster and winter sprinkler ban still apply to bores.
Rainfall — about 718mm a year. Roughly 718mm a year here (Perth Metro), with about 79% of it falling May-September — the long dry rest of the year is why controller programming and coverage checks pay for themselves.

What kind of retic work do we do in Heathridge?
Our Heathridge history runs 32 jobs deep, and the pattern is clear: controller work, servicing & tune-ups and sprinkler & pop-up repairs lead the list. 13 of those jobs are from the last two years.
From our Heathridge job book
A Heathridge system with the water turned off at the isolator
A Heathridge site had no water at all, and the reason was simple once found: the supply had been turned off at the isolation valve. Locating that valve was the first task.
It is worth checking before anything else on a system that is completely dead, because a closed isolator produces exactly the same symptom as a failed master valve (the main valve that shuts the whole system off), a dead controller or a cut common wire (the shared return wire every valve uses) — and it takes seconds to rule out rather than an hour to diagnose. With water restored, our technician replaced five jammed sprinklers along with their MP nozzles, programmed the controller, and adjusted every sprinkler to keep spray off the road and paths as far as the layout allowed.
Spray onto hard surfaces is wasted water and, on a public path, a hazard as well as a nuisance.
What we actually find in Heathridge
We've completed 32 jobs in Heathridge. For this pattern check we read the 6 with the fullest, most recent technician notes — a capped sample, deliberately small and not random. 3 of them involved broken pop-ups and blocked nozzles, against 29% across the 1,781 Perth jobs sampled the same way. It tells our technician what to check first. It is not Heathridge's fault rate, and we don't publish it as one.

What Heathridge customers say
“Summer is a busy time and they were the only company that eventually emailed to arrange a visit; other 3 companies never responded. On the day, the technicians arrived on time and went straight to diagnosing the issue with my retic. They had the issue fixed in no time. The technicians were friendly, professional and left everything as it was. Definitely will highly recommend their services.”
