Local reticulation questions
Yes, but your landscape plan needs approving first. Karragullen is in the City of Armadale. Synthetic lawns are not permitted in the City of Armadale, as the process of laying them creates an impervious layer.
Groundwater access around Karragullen is limited, so bores are less common here and often not the right answer. A properly zoned system with matched sprinklers and a modern controller gets excellent results on scheme water instead.
